Marianna Garibaldi, DNP(c), MA, MS, RN, PMHNP-BC
Founder

Marianna is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She began her psychiatric nursing career at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health, gaining experience across diverse clinical and administrative settings including affective disorders, substance use rehabilitation, electroconvulsive therapy, and quality and patient services.

Marianna also holds a Master of Arts in Nursing Education and has taught future nurses in both classroom and clinical settings. Her passion for education and holistic care inspired her to create Serenity Telemental Health, a practice dedicated to providing accessible, judgment-free, and person-centered mental health care.

Known for her warmth, integrity, and open communication, Marianna is committed to empowering clients through evidence-based treatment and lifestyle-focused interventions that support lasting wellness.

Brynne Calleran, MFA, MSN, RN, NE-BC, PMH-BC, NI-BC

Brynne is a nurse leader and educator specializing in psychiatric-mental health nursing and Magnet designation. She is triple ANCC Board-Certified as a Nurse Executive, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse, and Informatics Nurse.

Brynne previously led Magnet designation initiatives across multiple hospitals within the NewYork-Presbyterian system, including its two freestanding psychiatric hospitals. Throughout her clinical and administrative career, she has been committed to improving patient care and strengthening organizational practices through professional governance.

An American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) Excellence in Nursing Leadership Award recipient and Sigma Theta Tau Community Nurse Leader, Brynne has also served as a Board Officer for APNA New York and as a Board Member for the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier.

Lori Hume, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC

Lori is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 25 years of nursing experience. She began her career at Elizabeth General and went on to earn her BSN from the College of New Rochelle and her PMHNP from New York University.

Lori has held both clinical and leadership roles within the NewYork-Presbyterian system, caring for individuals in crisis and inpatient settings while mentoring fellow nurses and advancing professional development initiatives.

Recognized for her compassion, steady presence, and collaborative approach, Lori is dedicated to providing person-centered, evidence-based care that helps clients feel safe, supported, and understood throughout their mental health journey.

Lucy Dybisz, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC

Lucy is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with eight years of dedicated experience in psychiatric care. Her foundational background includes practicing as a clinical nurse at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health, where she developed expertise in therapeutic communication, patient collaboration, and wellness promotion, as well as a love for serving others.

Passionate about person-centered care, Lucy believes every client is the expert of their own life. In her practice, she emphasizes meaningful lifestyle changes that empower individuals to connect with their higher selves.

Known for her warm presence and holistic approach, Lucy fosters a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued throughout their healing journey. She strives to help every client live a healthier, happier life aligned with their inner truth.
