Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna, Oxford and Oscar.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment and due prior to the start of each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the full rate of the session.
